Job Description

Join a Peaceful Place That Heals and Inspires Restore Wellness Center is a growing, award-winning chiropractic and integrative wellness clinic seeking for a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Medical Documentation Coordinator to join our wellness clinic team. We are looking for someone with strong administrative and communication skills who is also highly confident in medical documentation, note organization, patient charting support, and overall office coordination. Our office environment is calm, professional, patient-focused, and wellness-oriented. This is not a high-pressure fast-paced environment, but attention to detail, professionalism, and strong documentation skills are extremely important.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients professionally Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow Verify insurance benefits and patient information Assist with billing and administrative tasks Maintain organized patient records and intake documentation Support providers with accurate medical documentation and notes Review, organize, and assist with patient charting and clinical documentation Utilize office software and AI-assisted tools to improve workflow and documentation efficiency Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming environment Support day-to-day office operations and team communication
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, wellness, or healthcare office preferred Strong experience with medical documentation and note organization
REQUIRED
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with technology, EMR/EHR systems, and AI-assisted tools Ability to multitask while remaining organized and professional Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Preferred Experience:
Insurance verification and billing Medical terminology knowledge Chiropractic or wellness office experience Administrative/front desk experience Experience assisting with clinical documentation and patient notes.
