Patient Care Coordinator

Our office is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is able to work efficiently and accurately while delivering excellent customer service. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and possesses strong communication skills. This position is primarily administrative but offers a dynamic work environment. The right candidate should be willing to assist clinical staff when needed. No prior experience is required—we are happy to provide training for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls and schedule new patient appointments Greet and check in patients, verify insurance, and collect required documentation Clearly and confidently present treatment plans, helping patients understand their options and associated costs Process patient payments and explain financial policies Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and follow infection control protocols Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during a variety of procedures

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
