Clinical Field Specialist- MEDICAL DEVICE Full-Time Compensation:
$25-$30+/hour (commensurate with experience) ROLE OVERVIEW

Patient & Provider Support Deliver on-site clinical support to physicians, nursing staff, and allied health teams through patient evaluation, product ordering, fitting, and follow-up visits Serve as the primary point of contact for patient education on product application, compliance, and outcomes—ensuring confidence and adherence from day one Provide hands-on support in wound care, lymphedema, vascular, rehabilitation, or compression therapy environments as required by territory needs Order Management & Documentation Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure accurate clinical documentation, insurance coverage requirements, and timely order minimizing delays to patient access Maintain precise, up-to-date records of patient status, field activity, and case progress within CRM/documentation systems Clinical Workflow Integration Partner with healthcare teams to build efficient, repeatable protocols for product utilization—reducing friction and improving consistency across provider sites Identify and communicate field-level insights to internal teams to drive continuous improvement in patient experience and operational outcomes Travel throughout assigned region to support patient needs, clinical fittings, and partner facility engagement QUALIFICATIONS 2-3
years of clinical or patient-facing healthcare experience (e.g., Medical Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or comparable role) Demonstrated ability to deliver hands-on patient support in a clinical or field-based setting with professionalism and compassion Clear, effective communicator with both clinical professionals and patients across diverse demographics Highly organized and self-directed—able to manage multiple active patient cases across geographically dispersed locations without close supervision Comfortable with regional travel including overnight stays and drives of 5+ hours; travel expectation approximately 50-75% of the time PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience in DME, compression therapy, lymphedema management, wound care, or vascular/rehabilitation settings Familiarity with patient education, clinical fittings, prior authorization, or care coordination workflows Exposure to insurance verification or payer requirements common in DME/HME environments Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus to join a team where your clinical expertise creates real-world impact.
