  • $22 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Availity Spanish Administrative experience Attention to detail Time management Full Job Description Clinic Coordinator We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Clinic Coordinator to join our nutrition and wellness practice.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping a healthcare office run smoothly. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while assisting with scheduling, phone communication, administrative tasks, and day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments
  • Welcome patients and assist with the check-in and check-out process
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Communicate with patients regarding appointments, forms, and follow-up needs
  • Assist with insurance verification and benefit inquiries when needed
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support providers and staff with administrative and office tasks
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional office environment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional, positive, and patient-centered attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and office software
  • Previous experience in a medical office, front desk, customer service, or administrative role is preferred but not required Preferred Skills
  • Spanish-speaking preferred
  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or a related field is a plus
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or electronic medical records is helpful
