For three years running, we have been certified as a Great Place to Work®, with 95% of our team affirming our culture — 39% higher than the national average. We are not just looking for a representative. We are looking for a clinically credible closer. As we aggressively expand, we need a nurse-turned-sales professional who understands wound care from the bedside up and can translate that expertise into long-term SNF partnerships.
The Role:
Clinical Sales and Market Entry This is a high-impact role designed for nurses who have made the transition into sales or are ready to make that move. Your clinical background is your greatest asset. You will use your firsthand knowledge of wound care, patient outcomes, and SNF operations to open doors that traditional sales reps simply cannot.
Your mission is straightforward:
establish the market, sign the contracts, and ensure the territory is operationally strong.
Key Responsibilities SNF Account Acquisition:
Drive the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution within the skilled nursing and long-term care sectors, leveraging your clinical credibility to build instant trust
Clinical Value Proposition:
Use your nursing knowledge and understanding of wound care disease processes to communicate the ROI of our physician-led model to administrators, directors of nursing, and C-suite decision makers
Strategic Territory Mapping:
Analyze new regions to identify high-potential SNF partners and prioritize outreach based on clinical need and business viability
Relationship Management:
Build high-level trust with corporate SNF owners, regional directors, and directors of nursing — your clinical background gives you a natural advantage in these conversations
Operational Transition Support:
Work alongside our physician team to ensure a seamless handoff from signed contract to active wound care service
KPI Performance:
Consistently meet and exceed closing quotas to support rapid and profitable territory growth What We Are Looking For We are specifically seeking nurses who have either transitioned into sales or are ready to make that leap. Your clinical experience in wound care or long-term care is what sets you apart.
Clinical Background:
Active or former RN, LPN, or wound care nurse with hands-on experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute settings
Sales Experience:
1 to 5 years of healthcare sales experience preferred — but strong clinical candidates with a demonstrated interest in sales will be considered
SNF Fluency:
Deep understanding of how skilled nursing facilities operate, their clinical pain points, staffing challenges, and administrative decision-making processes
Wound Care Knowledge:
Familiarity with wound assessment, treatment protocols, and the clinical and financial burden of wound care on SNF operations
Communication Skills:
Ability to speak fluently to both clinical staff and business decision makers — bridging the gap between bedside care and business outcomes
Travel Readiness:
Commitment to a road warrior schedule — traveling 4 to 5 days per week to build and secure new markets
Education:
Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing required; additional business or sales training a plus Why Nurses Thrive in This Role Your clinical credibility opens doors immediately — SNF administrators and directors of nursing trust nurses You understand the wound care burden on SNF staff and can speak directly to their pain points You can evaluate facilities with a clinical eye and identify where our services will have the greatest impact You bring authenticity to every sales conversation that no traditional sales rep can replicate
