The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of healthcare practices, and the ability to manage a diverse team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our patients receive high-quality care while maintaining efficient operational processes. Duties Lead and manage healthcare staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory compliance. Oversee patient care services, including discharge planning and coordination of care. Administer injections and perform procedures such as suturing, catheterization, and phlebotomy as needed. Utilize electronic health record systems like Epic for patient documentation and management. Develop and implement policies that enhance patient care quality and operational efficiency. Provide training and support for staff on dementia care techniques and anatomy knowledge. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience in a healthcare management role or similar position is preferred. Familiarity with medical office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient relations. Experience administering injections, performing suturing, catheterization, and phlebotomy is highly desirable. Knowledge of discharge planning processes and dementia care best practices. Strong understanding of anatomy and the ability to ventilate patients when necessary. Excellent communication skills with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
