Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Patient Care Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will make a meaningful difference in patient experiences. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between patients, medical providers, and administrative staff. Duties Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accurate check-in procedures Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using medical administrative software Maintain clear communication with patients regarding treatment plans, follow-up appointments, and necessary documentation Assist with patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and updating records with precision Support the medical team by managing patient flow and ensuring timely documentation of visits Handle incoming calls professionally, answer inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff members Manage administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized patient records with attention to confidentiality Requirements Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information Proven ability to provide excellent medical administrative support in a fast-paced setting Office experience demonstrating proficiency with scheduling systems and electronic health records (EHR) software Familiarity with dental office procedures is a plus but not required Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a caring healthcare environment. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
