Bilingual Patient Coordinator Pay:
Competitive Hourly Rate + Commissions + Bonuses Job Description We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and bilingual Patient Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients throughout their treatment journey, helping coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-up care while ensuring an exceptional patient experience. What You'll Do Coordinate consultations, procedures, and follow-up visits. Answer phones, emails, text messages, and online inquiries from patients. Provide clear pre-operative and post-operative instructions (full training provided). Collect outstanding balances and ensure payments are processed accurately. Maintain organized, accurate, and confidential patient records. Ensure patients feel informed, supported, and cared for throughout their experience. Work closely with the medical and administrative team to ensure a smooth patient experience. What We're Looking For Fluent in both English and Spanish (required). 1+ year of experience in patient coordination, medical office administration, or customer service in a medical, aesthetic, or wellness setting. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously. Compassionate, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
