Full-Time | Phoenix Behavioral Group We are a growing mental wellness and integrative healthcare practice seeking a confident, energetic, and sales-minded Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Coordinator to join our team. This is not your average front desk position. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is excited about helping patients improve their mental wellness, confidence, and overall quality of life through innovative treatments such as Exomind and Emtone. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and comfortable discussing treatment options, educating patients, following up on leads, and helping patients move forward with recommended care plans. This role combines patient care, sales, marketing, and business development, making it perfect for someone who wants to be an active contributor to the growth and success of the practice. Responsibilities Patient Experience & Front Desk
  • Greet and welcome patients in a warm, professional, and polished manner
  • Create a high-end, concierge-style patient experience from the first phone call through treatment completion
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and manage scheduling efficiently
  • Coordinate patient appointments, intake forms, and office communications
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment Sales & Patient Conversion
  • Educate patients on Exomind, Emtone, and other practice services
  • Confidently discuss treatment benefits, packages, memberships, and pricing
  • Follow up with prospective patients, leads, and consultations
  • Assist providers in converting consultations into treatment plans
  • Build excitement and urgency around treatment recommendations
  • Help patients understand financing and payment options when applicable
  • Track leads and ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
  • Support practice growth through patient retention, referrals, and reactivation campaigns
  • Comfortable discussing high-ticket treatment plans and wellness programs Marketing & Business Development
  • Assist with internal marketing campaigns through email, text messaging, newsletters, and patient outreach
  • Help execute social media content creation, posting, and engagement
  • Assist with video content, patient testimonials, and before-and-after success stories
  • Support community outreach initiatives and referral relationship development
  • Attend and assist with patient events, workshops, open houses, and VIP treatment days
  • Help generate online reviews and strengthen the practice's online presence
  • Collaborate with leadership on new marketing ideas, promotions, and growth initiatives
  • Represent the practice professionally in the community and at networking opportunities Clinical Support
  • Assist providers with patient flow and preparation
  • Administer Exomind and Emtone treatments under provider guidance (training provided)
  • Educate patients on treatment expectations and protocols
  • Support smooth clinical operations and patient satisfaction Ideal Candidate
  • Friendly, outgoing, confident, and highly motivated
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Strong sales mentality with the ability to build trust and create excitement with patients
  • Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and pricing
  • Passionate about healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or patient care
  • Self-starter who can think creatively and contribute new ideas
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Comfortable working toward sales, marketing, and practice growth goals Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a medical office, behavioral health practice, wellness center, chiropractic office, or med spa preferred
  • Customer service and sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with lead conversion, patient consultations, membership sales, or treatment sales is a plus
  • Social media marketing experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with EHR systems preferred
