Clinical Supervisor (OnTrack) Naples, FL Starting at $80,000+ (DOE) $1,500 Sign-On Bonus + Up to $2,500 Relocation Assistance Full Benefits + 401(k) Match + PTO + Holidays Are you a licensed mental health leader ready to make a measurable impact in youth behavioral health? We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead an innovative, community-based early psychosis program serving adolescents and young adults experiencing their first episode of psychosis. This is a highly respected, multidisciplinary team model focused on recovery, family engagement, and long-term stability. This is not traditional outpatient clinic work. What You'll Do Provide clinical supervision and leadership to a multidisciplinary OnTrack team Deliver individual and family therapy, psychoeducation, and case management Oversee intake, discharge planning, and crisis/on-call coordination Collaborate with community partners and referral sources Ensure recovery-focused, client-centered care Support team training, development, and performance This role balances direct clinical engagement with supervisory leadership. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field Active Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) or eligibility for licensure Supervisory or team leadership experience in behavioral health Experience working with adolescents or young adults preferred Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus Ability to pass Level II DCF Mental Health Fingerprinting If you are passionate about changing the trajectory of youth mental health and leading a team that delivers meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply or connect to learn more.
