Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Med Tech Supervisor to lead our resident care services and wellness initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, supporting care staff, and ensuring residents receive exceptional, person-centered care in a safe and compliant environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Design, coordinate, and evaluate resident wellness programs that promote overall health, engagement, and quality of life.
  • Lead and support nursing and caregiving teams, including staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of resident health status and care delivery to ensure high standards of service and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update individualized service plans.
  • Maintain accurate resident records and oversee documentation practices in accordance with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements.
  • Manage departmental resources and budgets to support efficient operations and quality outcomes.
  • Provide staff education and professional development related to resident care, clinical best practices, and risk management.
  • Ensure effective use of electronic health record systems to support communication, documentation, and continuity of care.
  • Monitor changes in healthcare regulations, reimbursement programs, and industry standards to maintain organizational compliance.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-focused service throughout the health services department. Qualifications
  • Experience leading clinical or wellness teams in senior living, healthcare, or a related setting.
  • Strong knowledge of resident care practices, regulatory requirements, and healthcare documentation.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems and healthcare technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of Medicare, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices preferred.
