Position Overview:
MusB Research is seeking a Clinical Coordinator/Patient Recruitment Manager to oversee and support clinical research operations. This role will focus on patient recruitment, study coordination, and client management to ensure smooth execution of research projects. The position offers flexible hours and workdays, including weekend availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage patient recruitment strategies to ensure adequate enrollment in clinical research studies. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, patients, and research partners. Coordinate and oversee clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with study protocols and regulatory guidelines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date study documentation, patient files, and trial data. Facilitate communication between research teams, sponsors, and regulatory bodies. Assist in research activities, including data management, inventory control, and assay performance. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of clinical trials. Ensure timely reporting and resolution of study queries and deviations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field. Prior experience in clinical research coordination, patient recruitment, nursing, or medical assistance is preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with clinical trial processes, IRB submissions, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office applications and clinical research software. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
Full-time salary range: $35,000
  • $55,000 per year.
Part-time hourly rate:
$20
  • $35 per hour.
