North Miami, FL Job Details Full-time $1,000 - $1,500 a week 23 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer communication English Full Job Description We are a growing Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) organization dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to medically complex children in a safe and nurturing environment. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and motivated Administrator to oversee daily operations and ensure excellence in patient care, compliance, and staff management. The PPEC Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operation of the center, including regulatory compliance, staff supervision, patient admissions, family relations, and coordination of services. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in healthcare administration. Schedule Full-Time. Monday through Friday. No weekends. Requirements Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the PPEC center. Ensure compliance with all state, federal, Medicaid, and licensing regulations. Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff. Coordinate patient admissions, authorizations, and enrollment processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Monitor staffing schedules and productivity. Communicate effectively with physicians, therapists, nurses, families, and insurance providers. Address family concerns and ensure excellent customer service. Assist with audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives. Support business growth and community outreach efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred. Previous healthcare management or PPEC experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of Medicaid and pediatric healthcare services is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems. We would love to hear from you.
