Qualifications of the CDM (Certified Dietary Manager): Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED. Must graduate from an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association. CDM Certification required. Experience of the CDM (Certified Dietary Manager): Must have, as a minimum three (3) years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care Facility, or other related medical Facility. Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
