General Manager Mens Health & TRT Clinic | Ocala, FL

Gameday Men's Health is a cash-pay TRT and men's optimization clinic in Ocala, FL. We help men reclaim energy, performance, and confidence through testosterone replacement therapy, peptide protocols, weight loss programs, ED treatment, and aesthetic services. We're a high-touch, premium clinic — not telehealth, not insurance-based, not a volume mill. We're looking for a General Manager who can take operational and revenue accountability off the owner's plate and drive this clinic to its next level of growth.

Schedule:

3 days/week onsite in Ocala to start, expanding to 4 then 5 days as the clinic grows.

Compensation :

$50,000 base salary plus performance-driven bonus structure tied to new memberships, revenue growth, and retention. Potential to reach $65,000+ in total annual earnings with strong performance.

Responsibilities:

Daily clinic operations, patient experience, and staff supervision Revenue performance — converting consultations to memberships, retaining existing patients, expanding wallet share with add-on services (peptides, weight loss, ED, aesthetics) Patient escalations — billing concerns, treatment questions, retention — handled directly Team management — supervising support staff and coordinating with nurse practitioner providers Marketing oversight — local marketing execution, vendor relationships, and lead conversion tracking KPI ownership — new patient acquisition, conversion rate, retention, average revenue per patient, monthly revenue targets Vendor and supplier coordination

Required Qualifications:

3+ years managing a team in a cash-pay healthcare or membership-based service business (med spa, plastic surgery, cosmetic dental, concierge primary care, aesthetic dermatology, men's health clinic, or premium service chain) Demonstrated track record of moving revenue or membership growth numbers in a prior role Experience handling patient or customer escalations directly Proficiency with CRMs (GoHighLevel preferred), dashboards, and basic marketing tools Strong sales orientation with a focus on retention and upsell

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior exposure to TRT, hormone replacement therapy, peptides, or men's health Experience in a franchise environment

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
