Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager with human resource responsibilities/knowledge, and excellent medical management skills to oversee and manage the daily operations of our growing multi-disciplinary office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently, providing support to staff and management, maintaining a welcoming and caring environment for our patients and visitors, providing innovative ideas for continued growth, and improving patient care experience. This role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in various office operations. Duties Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating staff meetings. Management of staff and functions of the office. Support staff with administrative tasks and self-development, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively. Bring warmth, connection and community to the staff that drives a positive environment and team morale. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional, caring, nurturing and friendly atmosphere. Master procedures of different departments. Assist with tasks that support various departments as needed. Drive innovation and improvements of the Center's operations and protocols. Implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Lead new marketing initiatives to drive awareness and increased business. Oversee clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. Oversee payroll process. Maintain inventory of office supplies. Social media experience Comfortable with IT Skills Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry, clerical tasks, and administrative role. Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft 360 applications for document creation and collaboration. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Professional, team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to put efforts in continued growth of the office. Ability to problem solve and present solutions. Ability to improve on existing systems for improved efficiency and patient experience. Experience managing a medical practice is a must. Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required. Hard working, trustworthy, loyal and ready for daily challenges as they arise.
