Greet and check-in patients with a professional and warm presence Answer phone calls, manage scheduling, and handle payments Assist with patient education and in-office coordination Maintain daily office flow and keep the team on track Support marketing activities (e.g. creating/distributing materials, assisting with social media) Represent our brand in the community and at occasional events (5-10 times/year)Schedule:
Flexible hours within: Morning shifts: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 7:30 AM- 10:00 AM Afternoon shifts: Monday
- Thursday, 3:30 PM
- 6:30 PM Some evening/weekend flexibility for events (rare)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication Strong computer and multitasking skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to commute to Orange City, FL English required; Spanish a plus Bonus Experience (Not Required): Medical or chiropractic office background Familiarity with Canva, email marketing platforms, or social media tools Leadership experience in work, school, or community settings College coursework or degree in health, communications, or businessWhat You'll Love:
