Wisdom teeth (third molar) extractionsDental implant placementsFull-arch (All-on-4 / All-on-X) surgeriesBone grafts, ridge augmentations, and sinus liftsAnticipate surgeon needs and maintain aseptic technique during all procedures.
Monitor patient vitals during IV sedation and assist in post-op recovery.
Lead, mentor, and train surgical assistants to ensure clinical excellence.
Maintain surgical supply inventory, instruments, and sterilization protocols.
Support compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and state dental regulations. What We're Looking For Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA/RDA) required.3-5 years of dental assisting experience, including 2+ years in oral and maxillofacial surgery plus implantology.
Experience with All-on-4 / All-on-X full arch dental implants preferred.
Current CPR/BLS certification required.
Radiology, infection control, and anesthesia monitoring certifications preferred.
