Area Director of Hospice Operations Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established and growing Home Health and Hospice organization. They are looking to add an Area Director of Hospice Operations to guide financial, growth, clinical services and operations for State of Florida operations based in the Greater Tampa Bay area or Orlando, FL area. Strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in Medicare certified Hospice is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply. Area Director of Hospice Operations Requirements Multi-site Hospice leadership experience including mentoring branch leaders Experience using data and performance metrics to guide decision making and continuous improvement. Bachelor degree required; Masters preferred. Area Director of Hospice Operations Responsibilities Lead full operational, financial, and clinical performance of the hospice service line across assigned markets. Drive census growth, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and overall profitability. Provide strategic leadership and development for senior leaders and frontline management teams. Ensure consistent compliance with all state and federal hospice guidelines and requirements. The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role.
