Job Description

ASC Administrator Full-Time | Florida A growing outpatient surgical organization is seeking an experienced ASC Administrator to lead daily operations, regulatory readiness, clinical support services, and overall performance within a high-volume ambulatory procedural environment. This role is ideal for a strong healthcare operations leader with experience in ambulatory surgery center management, accreditation readiness, physician collaboration, and operational leadership. Responsibilities Provide operational leadership for ambulatory surgical and procedural services Maintain ongoing compliance with AAAHC, CMS, AHCA, infection prevention, patient safety, and regulatory standards Partner closely with physicians, nursing leadership, anesthesia providers, and clinical teams to support operational excellence Oversee staffing operations, workflow optimization, quality initiatives, and patient experience programs Lead accreditation readiness and performance improvement initiatives Monitor operational metrics, departmental productivity, compliance indicators, and quality outcomes Support policy development, regulatory compliance, and procedural best practices Foster a collaborative, patient-centered, and high-performing clinical culture Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field required Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience within an ambulatory surgery center or procedural healthcare environment required Strong knowledge of AAAHC, CMS, AHCA, and ambulatory regulatory standards required Experience supporting accreditation surveys and operational compliance initiatives required Strong physician relationship management and operational leadership skills CASC, RN, or advanced healthcare leadership credentials preferred Why Join Us?
