Patient Experience Coordinator /
Dental Receptionist Pay:
Starting at $18.00 per hour Join the Nona Smiles Team For over 17 years, Nona Smiles has been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care to families throughout Lake Nona and the greater Orlando area. Our practice offers advanced services including dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, sleep apnea treatment, and facial esthetics, all delivered with a patient-first approach. As our practice continues to expand, we are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented professional to join our front office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with patients, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive office culture. Position Overview The Patient Experience Coordinator serves as one of the first points of contact for our patients and plays an important role in creating a welcoming and efficient office experience. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing patient communications, supporting administrative operations, and helping ensure each patient receives outstanding service from start to finish. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner Coordinate appointment scheduling and maintain an organized schedule Communicate with patients through phone calls, text messages, and email correspondence Verify and update patient information accurately Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks Work closely with clinical and administrative team members to ensure a seamless patient experience Assist with patient follow-up and appointment confirmations Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times Preferred Qualifications Minimum of two years of dental office experience preferred Fluent in both English and Spanish (required) Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and digital communication tools Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a growing practice environment What We Value At Nona Smiles, we strive to create an environment where patients and team members alike feel respected, supported, and valued.
