Stride Dental Group — Vineland Modern Dentistry, Orlando FL Patient Care Coordinator Full-time - Mon-Thu 8:00-4:30, Fri 8:00-1:00 Stride Dental Group is a growing multi-site dental service organization built on exceptional patient care across Central Florida. Vineland Modern Dentistry is a smaller, close-knit practice where every team member has a real impact on the patient experience and the culture we are building together. What you will own Welcome patients warmly and create a front-office experience that keeps them coming back Answer incoming calls in English and Spanish; schedule appointments and manage recall Verify insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments Present treatment plans and financial options clearly, including membership plan enrollment Collect co-pays and balances; process payments accurately Manage new patient intake, chart preparation, and paperwork Coordinate with clinical staff to keep the schedule running on time Follow up on unscheduled treatment and reactivate lapsed patients Complete daily opening and closing checklists consistently Maintain a clean, organized front desk in full compliance with HIPAA standards
Requirements:
What we are looking for Bilingual English/Spanish is required. A large portion of our patient base is Spanish-speaking and this is not negotiable. Dental front office experience is a strong plus, but we will consider candidates without it if you are sharp, coachable, and committed to learning the role Familiarity with dental insurance (PPO, HMO, fee-for-service) is preferred; willingness to learn is required Experience with dental practice management software is a plus Strong verbal communication skills in both languages — you are the face and voice of this practice Organized, dependable, and able to stay composed in a fast-paced environment A genuine team-first attitude — we are a small office and everyone pulls together Compensation and benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Performance-based bonus eligibility Paid time off In-house dental benefits Real growth opportunities within a scaling DSO — we promote from within
