We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-focused Patient Experience Coordinator to be the face of our practice.

  • Position Overview
  • This is more than a traditional front desk role. We're looking for someone who enjoys creating memorable client experiences, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for beauty, skincare, wellness, and social media.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and provider calendars
  • Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly
  • Process payments and support retail product sales
  • Follow up with new client inquiries and leads
  • Maintain accurate client records and daily office operations
  • Assist with social media content creation, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Canva graphics (Required)
  • Support practice growth through excellent customer service and client retention efforts
  • Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a medical office, med spa, aesthetics, dermatology, luxury retail, hospitality, or wellness setting
  • Medical spa or aesthetics experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with social media platforms and Canva required
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong interest in aesthetics, skincare, beauty, and wellness
