Job Description
About Renew Vitality We're a national men's TRT, peptide and weight loss therapy clinic with locations across the U.S. and a network of physicians with decades of combined experience in men's health. We help people reclaim something that gets quietly stolen from them in their 30s, 40s, and beyond — energy, confidence, sleep, drive, the version of themselves they used to recognize in the mirror. We don't do cookie-cutter. Every patient gets comprehensive bloodwork, a real conversation with a real doctor, and a protocol built around their numbers, not a template. That's why our patients stay, and that's why their stories on our site read like people who actually got their lives back. Here's what matters for you specifically: at Renew Vitality, Patient Coordinators aren't a back-office function. They're the reason patients sign up, stay, and refer their friends. Read our testimonials and you'll see PCs called out by name, Lyle, Omar, and others, because the patients on the other end of the line built real relationships with them. The PCs who do this job well carry 200+ active patients who text them when their labs come back, when something changes, when they need a refill or just want to check in. If you've ever wanted to work somewhere where you're not pushing a product you don't believe in, where you can talk about hormones, longevity, and human performance with people who actually want to listen, this is that place. The role in one line You're the first voice every new patient hears. Your job is to turn a curious or "in need" person into a committed patient by listening well, educating without lecturing, and getting them to the lab draw that starts their protocol. What you will do all day Inbound calls and form-fill callbacks come into your queue from organic search, PPC, and GMB. You qualify, you educate, you handle the "is this legit / is this safe / how does it work" questions, and you close on labs in the same call whenever you can. From there you stay with that patient through their consult, prescription, and refills, you're their point of contact, not a handoff. The lab-first model you'll be advocating Renew Vitality doesn't guess. All patients receive a thorough blood test prior to any prescriptions being issued by the doctor. Your pitch isn't "buy testosterone", it's "let's find out what's actually going on." That framing is why our close rates and retention work, and you'll need to internalize it fast. What you'll own Lead-to-lab conversion on every assigned lead, with documented follow-up cadence (call, text, voicemail) until the lead converts or disqualifies. Patient education on TRT, peptides (Sermorelin, HCG, Gonadorelin, PT-141, NAD+), GLP-1 weight loss (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Liraglutide), HGH, Trimix, and performance supplements across both our men's and women's programs, accurate, plain-language, no overpromising. Ensure each patient receives yearly physicals and bloodwork; notify providers of any abnormal results the same day. Prescription orders processed cleanly per provider standing guidelines, with every patient touchpoint documented in the EMR. Pricing integrity, you quote and collect per the program sheet, no off-script discounting. Call quality, you'll review your own recordings weekly and act on coaching feedback. What success looks like First 30 days: Trained on product menu, EMR, and the discovery script. Shadowing live calls and making many of your own. Day 60: Running your own queue. Hitting baseline lead-to-lab conversion. Day 90: Progressing toward a full panel, increasing quarterly revenue, and improving retention performance. Who thrives here People who are genuinely into this industry, hormone health, longevity, and optimizing human performance. Patients quickly sense if their PC genuinely cares or is just reciting a script, and those who care retain more patients and close more deals. You should be the kind of person who already follows this space, trains, pays attention to your own health, and wants to talk to people about theirs.
