Licensed Staff Clinician (Full-Time) Memory Training Centers of Florida — Clinical Team Palm Beach County | Full-Time | LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT Required About the Role Memory Training Centers of Florida is seeking a compassionate, licensed clinician to join our growing clinical team. In this role, you will deliver memory training and psychotherapy services to seniors residing in assisted living and senior living communities throughout Florida. You will also play an important part in supporting and training the clinical staff who provide our program to patients every day. What You'll Do Provide individual psychotherapy and memory training services to seniors in senior living communities Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with patients' families, community staff, and medical professionals as part of a team-based care approach Deliver training and clinical support to clinical contract staff Manage onboarding and provide live orientation and shadow days to new clinical staff Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards Participate in regular clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development What We're Looking For Active Florida licensure as an
