Competitive Pay:
Dependent on clinical licensure and years of experience $60,000
  • 90,000 RN $54,000
  • 80,000
LPN Evening Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm
  • 11:00 pm, with an on-call rotation every 5th weekend.

What You'll Do:
Manage clinical operations and nursing staff in a long-term care setting Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care and supervise evening shift staff Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and all applicable regulations Respond to emergencies, monitor resident conditions, and ensure proper documentation Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team Participate in quality improvement efforts and attend clinical meetings Serve as a resource for staff during the shift
What You'll Need:
Active and current RN or LPN license in the state of Florida (required) Graduation from an accredited RN or LPN program (required) One to three years of experience in SNF (required) Management/supervisory experience (preferred) Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team (preferred) Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test Benefits Available to
