Patient Care Coordinator/Front Office

Looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic for our Palm Harbor location. We are hearing doctors, with over 40 years serving the Tampa Bay area. We have 8 locations, but you will be working in the Palm Harbor office. The right person for this job must love to work with people, particularly the elderly, must thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Is this position right for you? Gardner Audiology employees must be comfortable performing a variety of duties quickly while paying attention to details and providing the best customer service. They must be willing to work collaboratively with their doctor(s) and their team. They must be able to speak clearly and enunciate. They must be comfortable working under deadlines and staying organized.

Education Required:

High school diploma (or equivalent)

Salary:

We believe in rewarding our staff for a job well done. Your starting salary will depend on your prior experience in the hearing care industry or medical office environment. Patient Care Coordinators (PCC's) are given an hourly rate of pay, but are also able to earn quarterly commissions on some things patients would be paying for anyway. You are not a salesperson, and do not have to meet any sales quotas. Rewarding our team for their hard work with a little extra is just what we do. After your first 90 days, you will have a professional development meeting. If you're meeting or exceeding your professional benchmarks, you'll be eligible for another raise at that time.
