Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our hearing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to support patients throughout their hearing healthcare journey. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between patients and provider, ensuring smooth administrative processes, accurate information exchange, and compassionate patient support. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patient lives. This Position supports our office in Panama City, FL. We are growing in this region! Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a welcoming and professional environment. Schedule appointments efficiently, optimizing patient flow. Collect and verify patient information, ensuring accuracy for medical records and billing purposes. Manage patient inquiries via phone or email, providing timely and accurate responses. Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining electronic health records. Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional medical administrative support in a busy environment. Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple schedules and tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with office management software and electronic health record systems is advantageous. Experience in dental office operations is considered a plus but not mandatory. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with diverse patient populations.
