Full-Time Join Our Family-Owned, High Tech Dental Practice Dedicated Dental Group Parkland is a family-owned practice led by mother-daughter dentists Dr. Tatyana Nudel and Dr. Michelle Nudel . We are passionate about helping patients achieve healthier, more confident smiles through advanced technology, personalized care, and exceptional service. We are a growing, modern dental practice specializing in cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, TMJ treatment, facial aesthetics, wellness services, and same-day restorations . As the only CEREC office in Parkland , we offer patients the convenience of same-day crowns and restorations , allowing us to deliver outstanding results with cutting-edge technology. We are seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Patient Coordinator who is excited about helping patients access life-changing dental care and creating an exceptional experience from the very first phone call. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm. Respond promptly to patient texts, emails, and online appointment requests. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments. Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression. Educate prospective patients about our services and advanced technology. Help convert phone and online inquiries into scheduled appointments. Follow up with prospective patients and unscheduled treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records and update patient information. Coordinate communication between patients and the clinical team. Support office goals related to patient satisfaction, scheduling, treatment acceptance, and practice growth. Assist with daily front office operations and administrative tasks. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental front office or patient coordinator experience required. Experience with Eaglesoft dental software is required. Excellent communication skills via phone, email, text, and in person. Friendly, upbeat, and welcoming personality. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and demeanor. Knowledge of dental insurance is preferred. Passion for customer service and patient care.
