We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant with Front Desk experience to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office. This is a full-time position that requires strong administrative and patient care skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimal wait times.
  • Greet and check-in patients, verifying their personal and insurance information.
  • Provide medical administrative support, including maintaining patient records and updating electronic health records.
  • Experience with obtaining referrals and insurance verifications.
  • Assist healthcare providers with various tasks, such as preparing examination rooms, interviewing patients and taking patient vitals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
Experience:
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a medical office or clinic.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional patient service.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
