Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and organized Patient Coordinator to join our medspa. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient interactions, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk, and providing administrative support within our medical office. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for patients while maintaining accurate medical records and facilitating effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the clinic. Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and confirming patient visits. Maintain patient records accurately and securely, utilizing electronic health record systems. Creatively posts IG and Facebook Canva stories and posts and content to help grow the clinic Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and follow-up appointments. Provide information regarding aesthetic terminology and services offered to patients as needed. Handle administrative tasks such as inventory, data entry, and managing correspondence related to patient care. Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role within a medical office or clinic setting is preferred. Bonus points if you have Medspa experience. Familiarity with aesthetic terminology is highly desirable. Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (e.g., Podium) for managing medical records. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to maintain accurate patient information. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare staff. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy towards patients. Knowledge of Canva for creating posts, aesthetic treatments (Botox, filler, lasers, and biostimulators), and experience with social media content is highly desirable.
