Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthodontic Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical operations within our orthodontic offices in Brandon, Lakeland and Plant City. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in orthodontics with excellent leadership skills to coordinate clinical staff and ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care. Quarterly bonuses based on performance are available on top of the hourly pay and mileage reimbursments. Responsibilities Supervise orthodontic clinical staff, including dental assistants and chairside personnel, ensuring adherence to best practices in patient care. Oversee daily clinical operations, including patient scheduling, treatment planning, and execution of orthodontic procedures. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, aseptic techniques, and safety regulations in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant standards. Provide training and mentorship to clinical team members on dental terminology, chairside assisting techniques, and use of advanced equipment such as 3D scanners and medical imaging devices. Monitor and maintain accurate documentation, records management. Collaborate with administrative staff to optimize patient flow and ensure seamless clinic operations.
Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:
