This role ensures patients and providers are supported during high-traffic hours and that the office remains organized through closing. What You'll Do Greet and check in patients in the afternoon/evening Answer calls and assist with scheduling Confirm appointments and required documentation Ensure patient information is complete and accurate Support providers with end-of-day needs Complete closing and administrative tasks What Makes This Role Important This role supports both patient experience and operational efficiency by ensuring that visits and documentation are completed correctly through the end of the day. What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistency Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer service or healthcare experience preferredPreferred:
Mental health or medical office experience Spanish-speaking preferred; Arabic a strong plus Schedule & Compensation Part-Time 2:00 PM- 6:30 PM $18
