Overview Join our dynamic DENTAL team as a New Patient Coordinator, where your enthusiasm and organizational skills will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. In this energetic role, you will be the first point of contact for new patients, guiding them seamlessly through the registration process and ensuring all their needs are met with professionalism and care. Your proactive approach will help foster trust and confidence, setting the tone for positive healthcare journeys. This paid position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced medical environment. Responsibilities Greet new patients warmly, gather essential demographic and insurance information, and verify insurance coverage through insurance verification processes. Schedule appointments efficiently, coordinate with medical staff, and manage patient flow to reduce wait times. Collect and organize medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality. Support office operations by handling inquiries related to managed care plans and coordinating with insurance providers to streamline patient onboarding. Requirements Prior experience working in a dental office setting is
NOT REQUIRED.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient privacy and data security is required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, a positive attitude and a passion for building relationships.
Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
