Medical Call Center / Patient Care Coordinator Join a Concierge Primary Care Practice That Puts Patients First! We are a growing, patient-focused concierge primary care office seeking an energetic, professional, and highly organized Medical Call Center / Patient Care Coordinator to become an essential part of our team. This is a fast-paced position that serves as the first point of contact for our patients and plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional service our practice is known for. What You'll Do Answer and manage a high volume of incoming patient calls with professionalism and compassion Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments Route patient messages accurately and efficiently to the appropriate clinical staff Process patient requests including: Prescription refill requests Lab and imaging orders Test results inquiries Referral requests Clinical questions and follow-up messages Receive, review, and electronically attach incoming faxes to patient charts Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR system Communicate effectively with providers, nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance What We're Looking For Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment Experience in a medical office, call center, or healthcare setting preferred Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Dependable, motivated, and committed to delivering outstanding patient care Why You'll Love Working Here At our concierge primary care practice, we're more than just coworkers—we're a team dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality healthcare.
