In this vital role, you will be the friendly, organized face of our Audiology practice. Your energetic approach will help patients feel confident and cared for as you coordinate appointments, manage patient records, and support clinical staff.
Administrative:
Managing EMR/EHR systems, answering patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
Clinical Support:
Assisting audiologists with basic diagnostic testing prep and cleaning/maintaining equipment.
Patient Relations:
Counseling patients on hearing aid maintenance, explaining device usage, and driving retention with patient experience and marketing efforts.

https://forms.gle/UXMJbghhieQsSg6w5 Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments Manage patient intake processes, including collecting medical histories and verifying insurance information Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and coordinating communication between patients and clinical staff Support clinical team members by preparing examination rooms and handling necessary documentation Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards at all times Requirements Prior experience working in a medical office environment is highly preferred Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare administrative procedures Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy office setting Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Familiarity with medical office software and electronic health record systems Experience supporting medical teams is a plus but not required Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain patient confidentiality Bilingual is a plus but not required Join us in delivering exceptional hearing care by providing compassionate support and efficient coordination. Pay:
