- Understanding of integration dependencies, data flows, and system architecture in migration context Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking a Senior Migration Lead to anchor the quality and delivery assurance of a complex migration program.
The ideal candidate is someone who has navigated multi-team migration programs, understands the full delivery lifecycle, and knows how to drive accountability and quality across teams
- even without direct reporting authority over them. This person will be the go-to resource for identifying risks early, coordinating across workstreams, engaging with client stakeholders, and ensuring the migration reaches production in a stable, validated state.
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution plan for the migration project
- Define scope, approach, entry/exit criteria, and test coverage

- Ensure environments are stable and testing is complete before each release

- Report test status and quality metrics to delivery leadership on a regular cadence
Salary Range:
$110,000
