Oversee inventory management, budgeting, and procurement of food supplies and dietary equipment. Qualifications Valid certification as a Dietary Manager or equivalent credential from an accredited program. Proven experience in assisted living facilities, healthcare settings, or dietary departments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong knowledge of physiology, nutrition science, dietetics principles, and care plan development. Familiarity with tube feeding procedures, patient assessment techniques, and diagnostic evaluation processes.
