Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Assisted Living Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of our senior care community. In this vital role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional assisted living services, foster a warm and welcoming environment for residents, and manage a dedicated team of care professionals. Your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, managing budgets, and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors while demonstrating strong management and operational expertise. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of assisted living operations, including resident care, staff management, and regulatory compliance. Monitor individualized care plans that address residents' unique needs, including dementia and Alzheimer's care. Supervise staff members, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation to maintain efficient operations. With the assistance of the RCC, Ensure medication administration is performed accurately and in accordance with state and federal regulations. Foster positive relationships with residents' families, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote resident well-being. Maintain thorough documentation related to resident care, incident reports, and compliance audits to meet all regulatory standards. Qualifications Proven experience in assisted living environments with a strong background in senior care. Extensive knowledge of dementia care, memory care programs, and Alzheimer's support strategies. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in long-term care or group home settings. Familiarity with care plans development, medication management, and home & community care practices. Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and operational management. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, residents, families, and external agencies. Working knowledge of regulations governing assisted living facilities and healthcare standards. $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
