The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive medical office experience, and a comprehensive understanding of healthcare management. As Clinic Assistant Manager, you will coordinate administrative functions, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with industry standards to support the delivery of exceptional veterinary care. Duties Manage clinic operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize workflow and patient care. Supervise administrative and medical support staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with veterinary professionals on medical management tasks including medical records review, utilization management, and clinical workflows. Help in as needed as a vet assistant Experience Proven experience in veterinary clinic is a must(minimum 5 years exp), pls DON'T apply if you have less than 5 years in vet experience Pay is based on experience, there will be also quartelry bonus based on productivity
