Role Overview As a Clinical Coordinator•Medical Assistant , you will lead clinical operations while supporting providers and ensuring high-quality patient care within a specialty outpatient setting.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily clinical operations and supporting workflow efficiency Assisting physicians and the site manager with clinical and operational needs Preparing patients for exams and assisting during procedures Administering injections and performing lab work or testing as required Reviewing charts and obtaining patient histories Following up on test orders and communicating results to patients and providers Providing patient education and support Maintaining medical equipment and monitoring inventory Supporting team communication and fostering a collaborative clinical environment Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Preferred:
Completion of a Medical Assistant program or related technical training
Experience Required:
Three (3) years of Medical Assistant experience Licensure /
Certification Required:
