We are looking for a strong, dependable leader who understands behavior services, staff accountability, documentation, scheduling, and teamwork. This is not just a desk job. We need someone who can lead from the front, support staff, protect the quality of services, and help keep the program organized and compliant. Position Summary We are hiring a Lead RBT / Program Operations Manager to help manage daily operations, staff scheduling, behavior documentation, overtime control, and communication with the behavior team. The right person must be organized, professional, firm, and able to hold staff accountable while still building a positive team culture. Responsibilities The Lead RBT / Program Operations Manager will: Manage staff schedules and help reduce unnecessary overtime Monitor staff attendance, call-outs, lateness, and schedule coverage Review daily notes, behavior documentation, and required paperwork Make sure behavior concerns are reported accurately and on time Communicate with the behavior team, APD representatives, families, and leadership as needed Support staff in following behavior plans and documentation expectations Train and coach staff on proper reporting and behavior data collection Follow up quickly on late, missing, or incorrect paperwork Help maintain compliance with company policies and program requirements Assist with problem-solving during staffing or client-related issues Promote teamwork, professionalism, and accountability Requirements Active RBT certification preferred Experience working with individuals with behavioral needs Experience with APD clients, ABA, group homes, residential services, adult day training, supported living, or direct care preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Strong written documentation skills Ability to manage schedules and follow up with staff Ability to stay calm under pressure Must be dependable, professional, and organized Must be able to hold staff accountable respectfully but firmly Associate degree or some college preferred Bachelor's degree in psychology, human services, social work, healthcare administration, business, or related field is a plus Ideal Candidate Our ideal candidate is someone who is: A natural leader Organized and detail-oriented Strong with paperwork and follow-up Comfortable correcting staff when needed Knowledgeable about behavior support and reporting Reliable and hard-working Professional with families, staff, APD, and behavior providers Focused on teamwork, accountability, and quality care Compensation Starting pay is $26-$30 per hour , depending on experience, certification, and leadership ability.
