We pride ourselves on building meaningful relationships with our patients and creating a warm, welcoming environment where exceptional service comes first. Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized team member to support our growing practice. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a professional healthcare environment, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. This role will initially be approximately 9-12 hours per week (3 days per week, 3-4 hours per day), with the opportunity for additional hours as the practice continues to grow. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries Schedule and coordinate appointments Perform front desk and administrative duties Room patients and obtain basic vital signs Assist with referrals, records requests, and patient communication Support daily office operations and help maintain an exceptional patient experience Qualifications Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable learning new technology and software systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical office experience preferred but not required Experience with customer service is highly valued What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
