The Manager of OutPatient Therapy is responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of quality out-patient therapy services and maintaining overall accountability for clinical programs as they relate to therapy services. Primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities: Provides oversight of physical, occupational, and speech therapy services as prescribed by a physician Oversees the overall direction and operation of the therapy department Manages all aspects of patient care, including clinical care, compliance, quality initiatives, billing, and documentation review Represents the agency internally and externally in alignment with the company's mission statement Plans, organizes, and provides administrative direction to all therapy staff Assists in the development and implementation of specialty programs Monitors therapy staff utilization to ensure productivity standards are met Assists with staffing needs to ensure care is provided according to regulations, guidelines, and standards What You'll Need Graduate of a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program Active Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy license Minimum of one (1) year of experience in home health care Equivalent combination of professional experience and education may be considered in meeting educational/professional requirements Valid driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance What You'll Find at Empath Health Unified in empathy, we serve our communities through extraordinary Full Life Care for All.
