This is not a passive front desk role. You are responsible for guiding clients through their journey, building trust, and helping them commit to treatments that improve how they look and feel. Create an exceptional first impression for every client Educate clients on services, memberships, and treatment plans Convert leads into booked appointments and long-term clients Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and daily clinic flow Work closely with providers to ensure a seamless experience Consistently hit and exceed performance goals What We're Looking For We want individuals who are motivated, coachable, and ready to grow.
