Full-Time Position Overview:
The Clinical Lead OT will provide hands-on pediatric therapy services while supporting clinical quality, mentoring staff, and helping guide OT program development across the West Palm Beach clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct pediatric OT services in clinic, community, and telehealth settings Mentor and support OT team members through coaching and case collaboration Support clinical consistency and quality of care Assist with onboarding new therapists and students Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration with PT and SLP teams Help support scheduling flow and patient care coordination when needed Contribute to program growth and clinical initiatives
Requirements:
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy Active Florida OT license Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable working across multiple treatment settings
