Infinite Health Pharmacy is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician who is ready to step into something bigger. As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you will bring your pharmacy knowledge to the front line of patient care — owning the full patient experience function, handling inbound inquiries, coordinating with the clinical team on order status and fulfillment, resolving issues with expertise and empathy, and ensuring every interaction reflects the quality and professionalism of Infinite Health Pharmacy. You've spent years learning the science of pharmacy. Now it's time to own the experience around it. This role was designed for a pharmacy technician who wants to evolve — someone who understands what patients are going through, speaks the language of the dispensary, and is ready to be the person patients actually remember. Serve as the primary point of contact for all inbound patient and customer inquiries via phone, email, and any other communication channels Handle questions related to prescription status, order fulfillment, shipping and delivery, billing, and general pharmacy information Coordinate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and the operations team to resolve patient issues accurately and promptly Process refill requests, update patient account information, and manage order-related communications Proactively follow up with patients on pending orders, delays, or missing shipments Maintain detailed, accurate records of all patient interactions and resolutions in the pharmacy system Escalate complex clinical or compliance-related questions to the appropriate pharmacy staff Identify recurring patient issues or friction points and communicate them to the operations team for process improvement Ensure all patient communications comply with HIPAA privacy regulations and pharmacy confidentiality standards Assist with onboarding new patients, explaining pharmacy services, programs, and fulfillment processes Support the operations team with administrative tasks as neededQUALIFICATIONS
Active Pharmacy Technician registration/license (Florida CPhT or equivalent) — this is a hard requirement Outstanding verbal and written communication skills — clear, warm, and professional in every interaction Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high volume of inquiries with accuracy Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously (phone, email, pharmacy or CRM software) Ability to handle sensitive patient situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism High attention to detail — especially in documenting interactions and tracking open issues to resolution Self-directed and thrives with ownership — this is a sole-coordinator role in a growing company; you set the standardPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of hands-on pharmacy technician experience, preferably in a specialty, compounding, or mail-order pharmacy setting Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements Experience with pharmacy management systems, CRM platforms, or patient communication tools Bilingual (English/Spanish) — a meaningful plus given the South Florida patient populationBENEFITS

This position is based on-site at Infinite Health Pharmacy in West Palm Beach, Florida. You will work closely with the pharmacy team in a professional, fast-paced healthcare environment. As the sole Patient Experience Coordinator, you will have significant ownership over the patient experience function and the opportunity to shape how it grows as the company scales.Pay:
