Role:
As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, supervising a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals.
Your duties will include:
Supervision :
Overseeing the unit and nurses to ensure that patient care is delivered in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
Admissions and Discharges :
Coordinating the admission and discharge processes, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and timely.
Assessments :
Conducting regular assessments to ensure that patients are receiving the necessary care and services.
Charting :
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
On-Call :
Being available for on-call duties, providing coverage and support to the unit as needed.
