Support Families. Grow with Us. Beyond The Spectrum ABA Therapy (BTS) is seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly organized Center Administrator to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. We are growing and expanding across the metro Atlanta area and need dedicated team members who are passionate about supporting children and families. The Ideal Candidate We are seeking a leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting and understands the unique operations of an ABA therapy center. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing staff schedules (including RBTs), coordinating administrative processes, overseeing onboarding and training, managing payroll, driving enrollment and retention, engaging with the community, supporting marketing efforts, and ensuring compliance. Job Description The Center Administrator serves as the backbone of clinic operations, ensuring seamless daily functioning while creating a welcoming environment for families and staff. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize staff and client schedules, including RBT coverage and assignments Oversee daily administrative operations Lead and coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training programs Manage payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation Order and manage clinic supplies Handle vendor relationships and payments Track financials and manage budgets using QuickBooks and Excel Welcome families and visitors, conduct orientations and tours Verify insurance, manage client enrollment, and support retention efforts Follow up with prospective families and support lead conversion to increase enrollment Manage and grow the clinic's social media presence Attend and represent BTS at community events to build partnerships and visibility Support compliance with HIPAA, licensing, accreditation, and Medicaid/insurance documentation requirements Prepare and present monthly reports on enrollment, retention, scheduling, payroll, and operational performance for leadership review Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment Build strong relationships with families, staff, and community partners Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an ABA Therapy Center as an Center Administrator or Administrative Officer ( required ) Knowledge of ABA therapy center operations (required) RBT certification preferred (or completion of 40-hour RBT training and competency assessment) Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, ABA, Psychology, or related field preferred Proven skills in scheduling, payroll coordination, onboarding, training, QuickBooks, Excel, and vendor management Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication, customer service, and team coordination skills, with proven experience in parent and staff communication Comfortable using scheduling software, Office Suite, social media tools, and practice management systems Benefits Highly competitive salary Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Monthly health insurance contribution 401(k) retirement plan Schedule & Location Full-time onsite position Eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday (business hours 8am-6pm)
