Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated healthcare leader to serve as our Director of Residential and Community-Based Care and Services overseeing multiple programs across Georgia.
This full-time leadership role is responsible for the overall management and coordination of our Personal Care Homes, Structured Family Caregiver Program, and ALS Management Services.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversight of daily operations across all programsStaff recruitment, training, supervision, and retentionEnsuring high-quality care delivery and regulatory complianceConducting supervision visits across service locationsStrengthening program performance and client outcomesThis position requires travel between service locations throughout Georgia. Our organization will support all clinical documentation processes, allowing the focus to remain on leadership, operations, and quality assurance.
We are seeking a licensed nurse (RN or LPN preferred) with strong leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple service lines and teams.
